"When the Techs from Acoolerhouse got here they were very friendly and answered all of my questions before they started. I said that I wanted to look at the radiant barrier application after it was done and before they blew in the insulation and they said no problem. After the radiant barrier was sprayed in I went up to look at it and was pleased to see that they had done a good job in coating the roof with no missed spots and a consistent looking job. The insulation was also blown in to agreed to depth with consistent application. A very good job overall and I would recommend their service to anyone looking for this type work." |

"The estimator came out and explained everything very well, told me how much it was going to cost for two levels of insulation, up to R36 and if I wanted up to R49. The prices were better than I thought also. I called and made appointment and we agreed on a day, that they would come at about 1pm. The day the insulation was to be blown, the installer called and said he was going to be late, because of helper issues, but said if I still wanted it done today, that it would be about 3pm. I got a call back about 3:30pm saying they were on there way. The came about 4pm and got right to it, and blew the insulation in short order to my satisfaction. I would recommend these guys for sure. They did a great job." |

"The main project was to blow in insulation in the attic. Atlas had a good price and worked us to reduce the price through TXU credits. The job appears to be completed adequately from what I can see and feel. The knocks I have - during the estimate, their salesman broke the attic access stairs (he's a big guy). I now have to fix that (my expense). Part of the project was also to put up weatherstripping around a few doors. That never made it on the work order so they didn't bring the material. If I want that done, that's another day I have to be at home." |

I called and left a message that I need them to come back, remove the insulation from the lighting and vacuum the insulation out of the fixtures. I have not heard back from them.
