LO/MIT radiant barrier spray stops the majority of the sun's heat from ever entering the Attic. LO/MIT produces the lowest emissivity available in sprayed radiant barrier products; 0.24 or less when applied to roof decking.

Radiant Barrier This means LO/MIT blocks at least 76% of the radiant heat trying to enter your attic.

LO/MIT does not trap water (like some Latex based coatings) so you need not worry about mold problems.
